Refund policy

effective date 11 February,  2025

introduction

From all international pages, markets and sales, there is a return service according to the agreement between the  seller and the customer and according to the rules of the management of the company, and after 2- days if costumer not asked about refund we do not refund after that,

Rules:-

  • if the order is different from the ordered>
  • if your order has a problem or a defect>
  • if a delivery took longer for this period that we specified>


  • if the order is different from the ordered:

size. If the size arrived is different from the size customer asked, when customers ask for a size  and the order mistake on size, customer can get refund.

color. if the color arrived is different from the color customer asked, then can get refund

model. if the coatomer select item and ordered then, arrived different item, and get refund.


  • if your order has a problem or a defect>

If a customer asked for items when arrived has a problem like (crush , torn, defect, item instruction stock ) 


  • if a delivery took longer for this period that we specified>

If you've been waiting longer than you'd expected for your online order, you might be able to cancel and get a refund.

But if the item not has a problem or defects customer can’t returned, And with that the department system can cancel its account because we wrote all our conditions
